WHEN DO NPTE SEATS IN GUAM OPEN???????

Hi PT candidates for NPTE 2013..
I just want to ask if anyone knows the approximate or exact timing on WHEN NPTE SEATS IN GUAM ARE OPEN FOR SCHEDULING?
I missed my OCTOBER 2012 JANUARY AND APRIL 2013 NPTE because I WASNT able to schedule a seat. IF IT IS NOT FULL, EH SARADO PA ANG DATE OF EXAM..
ANYONE? Please help!!!!!

I will take my exam (PLAN) on JULY 2013. Mga kailan kaya mag oopen ang GUAM for this? Around april ba or may? HELPPPPP
