Are you looking for a review course for the local boards or NPTE?
As far as i know SLRC offers a review course for NPTE.

Hi warcrafter,
Sorry i have no idea regarding a review center for PT in baguio.
You might come to manila instead.
SRG , St. Louis, Top rank are some of the choices for the local boards.
Based on my experience i'll go for SRG.
