All, As shown at the top of “PHYSICAL THERAPY FORUM” site, exchanging copyrighted material is illegal.
Shared questions - recalled questions - NPTE or PEAT - they are copyrighted. Sharing them can have severe penalties. I know. I shared PEAT questions and I now face significant consequences.
I am required to: • Take a remedial course in ethics at my own expense (thousands of dollars). • Write a paper on the subject of ethical violations. • Pay tens of thousands of dollars to compensate FSBPT for the materials I stole. • I am unable to transfer my passing score on the NPTE until all of these conditions are met, so I will be unable to practice in any state other than my current state. • The state has been notified of my actions and may also take action. I could lose my license to practice.
Be VERY CAREFUL about what study materials you use and share. FSBPT will aggressively penalize you if you share copyrighted questions from PEAT or the NPTE. Pleading ignorance (“I didn’t know they were real PEAT or NPTE test questions”) will not stop the Federation.
