Hello PT people..
I just arrived here in CA and I just found out from an old classmate that she got her immigrant visa 6 months after her agency applied it for her... We Filipinos are use to hearing abourt working visas and ordinary immirant visas. But this visas need to go thru labor certification which will take atleast 1 year and usually takes atleast 2 years to process... But with the EB2, in as quick as 3 months you can get an immigrant visa... The only qualification is that you need to have a masters degree or atleast a 5 year working clinical experience... MAGIC right? Im hoping anyone has good knowledge about this and can actually elaborate regarding the matter... Thank you very much and god bless...
