I tried getting a tourist visa and fortunately i got it. Presently I'm really confused how and what to start about..i want to take an exam before my visa expires..i want to review on line but dont know who are giving such services. hi! may i ask first if the visa valid until when?? did you intentionally acquire that visa to work as P.T. in the us? if yes then taking the exam in the states need to have some requirements as implemented by PT boards specific for that state.. But generally you need to apply first for FCCP/credentailing..once you have that then you can apply for exam via fsbpt.org...some or almost states require english exam as well i.e. toefl-ibt...you can visit some websites like 1. www.fccpt.org2.www.fsbpt.org 3.ww.ets.org 4. or if you want help or more advices ... 5. visit some forums like this of course...and post questions... ;D 6.www.ptsponsor.com hope this will help & GOD BLESS! More power to all Pinoy P.T.'s

Hi! I'm also new here. I'm thankful that we have this site. Finally, I've decided to pursue my dreams of working in the US but I don't know where to start. My friends told me to start taking TOEFL iBT first before anything else. Is this a good idea? Or should I start my credentialling first before taking the TOEFL iBT? Another issue for me is the CWT...I graduated in 2000...I checked the FSBPT site and according to that, I belong to CWT4 but my friend told me that credentialling is now based on CWT5. Please advise. Thanks a lot!!!

Hello. i would like to seek some advise regarding my present state. My previous employer closed their agency in NY due to financial crisis, thus, all my documents were with them. I have been emailing them to send those documents to me ( Credentialling Certificate, Visa Screen certificate) since i paid for it, unfortunately, i have no reply from them. Currently, my agent is holding a recertification for my Visa Screen but for North Carolina. I am thinking if is it possible to register for FSBPT for two states and will i have any additional fees? Also, if CGFNS has already forwarded my certificate to NYSED last 2007, would it still be useful for me to sit for NPTE in NY? Hope someone could help me out here.
