What do you think is the best credentialing agency to avail of? I plan to apply for California, and I am not yet decided on what credentialing agency to employ. Any recommendations?

im an american citizen but studied in the philippines.. do i need to take the local boards just to complete my application for fccpt or icd? whats the best credentialling body wud i will seek for?
