"Blue Book" as it is more popularly known is the 330 page Physical Therapy Course Manual that is included with the International Educational Resource Exam Preparation Course. It contains specific study strategies and test taking hints, the course syllabus, and a 200 question practice exam. And is available only with the Exam Prep Course.
Also included with the Exam Prep Course is the 2005 NPTE Review and Study Guide Book by Susan O'Sullivan and Raymond Siegelman with 3 practice exams on CD(600 questions formatted for the new NPTE).
The cost of the Physical Therapist licensure examination preparation course is $335.00, which includes the National Physical Therapy Examination Review & Study Guide and the "Blue Book".
One may purchased the 2005 NPTE Review and Study Guide Book by O'Sullivan and Siegelman separately (without registering for the Exam Prep Course).
The book cost $85. For those in the US, an additional $5 will be charged for shipping and handling. For those in the Philippines or outside the US, a shipping and handling fee of $30 will be added, for a total of $115.
