Anybody familiar with the PT application process in Illinois? I'm sort of stuck with the process. I just need to ask a couple of questions. I'm already approved by the Dept of Prof Regulation. All I need to do is pass the 2 scantrons, the green application form, a copy of the Dept's approval letter and test fee to Continental Testing Services. Eto mga questions ko:
1. For the payment, where would I send it- Continental Testing Services or FSBPT? It wasnt stated eh.
2. Dun sa payment information scan form, sa #8 box, they're asking for the amount paid. According to the latest reference sheet, $430.50 na sya. However, yung amount paid box, 3 digits lang ang meron. Yung cents box, nakalagay ay "00". How am I supposed to write the whole amount of $430.50 eh ang malalagay ko lang ay 430 dahil nga linagyan na nila ng 00 yung cents portion. Gets?
