im about to be interviewed at the US embassy, i now have a VisaScreen but dont have a PRC my question is will i be refused a visa based SOLELY on the absence of a local license? Requirement ba ang local license.. PLEASE anyone give me information. Thanks!

You need a PRC license before you can be issued a visa for USA. The embassy have a checklist and that includes the PRC license.

The US Embassy in Philippines requires you to be a registered PT in PRC. A lot of my friends with visa screen were denied because they could not provide the PRC license.
