Going to Illinois. Need FCCPT type 1 review even if im dual?

Hi, I'm planning on going back to Illinois after studying PT in the Philippines. Anyway, I was going through the reguirements for Illinois and it said that I need an "evaluation of your education by the FCCPT." I went to the FCCPT site and there were other options other than the Type 1 review because its description included a visa, but since I don't need a visa since I'm a dual citizen, can I just choose the educational credentials review?

i think you have to ask the board if you can use the credential review since you dont need the type 1.
