Home Health PT market in New York

good day...I am currently recruiting PT's with preference on US licensed ones and often get hold of NY licensed PT's..however, we do not have a facility in NY....we are exploring of putting up a home health agency in New York....is there a market? Like are there lots of home health agencies looking for contract outsourced PT's or they have their own already and need not get the service of PT home health agency? please [e-mail]
