Hello im new here. I have a querry, how can i combined my scores for TOEFL IBT so that i can carry out my first score of 26 in speaking to replace my new score of 24 in my second take...and do you think my score of 20 in reading is a passing score considering that i reach the passing score of 89 in total.. here are the result of my exams.. first take - 18=reading, 19=listening,26=speakinhg,22=writing... my 2nd take result 20=reading, 21=listening, 24=writing and 24=speaking.. thank you

You can just combine your previous speaking score and your new score for the reading, listening, writing. There is no minimum score requirement for PTs in the reading, listening and writing section.

Hi. Pardon me if I might be asking the wrong questions.
1. Toefl is needed for Healthcare worker certificate and H1B visa processing right? Did I understand it right that you can "combine" the speaking score with the other scores, like they will print you a new result indicating the combine scores?
2. Or you will just submit both test results and let the USCIS decide if they accept them or not?
Thanks.

Hi!
You cannot combine your current toefl speaking score form your previous score. Speaking score is a separate entity and it should have a score of 26 or higher.
You can only combine scores in Writing,Listening, and Reading.
The total of all scores should be 89 or higher.

If I have a score of like this:
FIRST TEST: 26=reading, 26=listening, 26=writing 24=speaking
SECOND TEST 19=reading, 19=listening, 19=writing 26=speaking
Can you substitute the speaking score from the Second test even you did not reach the total of 89 in that second test ?

Combined scores of speaking from a test and RLW (reading, listening, speaking) from another test is acceptable by FCCPT for as long as speaking is at least 26 and RLW is at least 63(total score at least 89). However, most states for state registration require the passing scores for Reading, listening, speaking and writing in one score report. Actually, it depends on the state you are applying. Just to avoid any problems, I highly recommend getting at least 89 and the minimum scores of each test RLSW.

Hi everyone! I am planning to take TOEFL next month so I have 1 month prep time, I don't have time to go to a review center because I am currently working. Has anyone here passed the TOEFL through self-study only? Maybe you can help me with some advice Thanks, God bless!

IRIS REVIEW CENTER is still the BEST in TOEFL iBT and even IELTS review in the Philippines. They provide experience that no center can provide since they have been helping students pass their TOEFL exams for the past 8 years, and their track record is consistent. In fact, they are highly recommended by their students. They have developed their own strategies and constantly update their modules to adapt to the current trend of the test. They provide ONSITE and ONLINE review for Filipinos here and overseas, and even to international students. www.irisreviewcenter.comwww.facebook.com/irisreviewcenter+639178243870 skype - iris.stmartin
