The letter was from NYSED, it goes... The Bureau of Comparative Education has completed its reviewof the education portionof you application for licensure in Physical Therapy. I am pleased to inform you that your education has been approved. Your application has been forwarded to the Licensing Unit. - -
Is this an eligibility sirs? Does it have a a validity period? What's my next step? Thanks a lot!

You need to contact the State in which you applied to see if they received the ok from BCE. Then they will tell you the next step you need to take in order to take the NPTE. Once they say it's ok, you will need to register in FSBPT website to take the exam. As soon as you do that, contact the state again so they know you registered. The State will then tell FSBPT you're good to go and then FSBPT will send you a letter to contact Prometric to schedule your exam. The results of your exam will be automatically sent back to the state and you can check their website by verifying licenses searching by name....usuall within 5 to 8 business days after the exam. Hope this helps.
