they require proof of licensure from country of training... i'm licensed in California and still not eligible for reciprocity to Nevada since I got my degree in the Philippines but not PTRP. now I have to go back home to take the exam so I can practice in Las Vegas,Nevada.... hope this can help and prevent misconceptions that if you're going to USA,Philippine license is not needed. for details, check www.ptboard.nv.gov

Can a US licensed PT (who is a permanent resident) be registered in the philippines under RA 5680 section 21 (Any physical therapist, physiatrist or occupational therapist holding valid certificate of registration issued under the laws of a foreign country may practice his profession in the Philippines without passing an examination given by the Board15 if the requirements for the registration and licensing of a physical therapy, physiatrist or occupational therapist in such foreign country are substantially the same as those provided for in this Act and that the laws of such country or state grant the same privileges to physical therapist, physiatrists and occupational therapists registered in the Philippines on the same basis as the subjects or citizens of such foreign country or state.) is this possible if you licensed in the US, however not licensed in the philippines?

I'm actually in the process of contacting people from PRC. so if anybody can help me I think it is a possibility to have a US licensure be reciprocated in the Phil.
