I know that EB3 application is gonna be easier for PTs because we are classified under Schedule A occupations, so we can by-pass the lengthy labor certification process. It's a sure way to get into the US, AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A RELIABLE EMPLOYER who will back you all the way.
I have some questions regarding the whole immigration process. I hope someone with experience or knowledge regarding these matters will answer them:
do i need to have the type 1 FCCPT credentials evaluation DURING the filing of the I-140 petition, or can i just have it done while the petition is being processed?
after the petition is approved, what do i have to prepare for the visa interview?
when do i have to have the visa screen (which is part of the type 1 FCCPT)?
i'm still a little confused with the steps to be undertaken. what i have in mind right now is to have the petition filed --> take the toefl, tse, twe --> apply for the fccpt 1 evaluation after the english exam results come out --> apply for visa --> interview.
is this an accurate flowchart of the whole procedure? is there a better order to follow? thanks a lot.

hello morgagni,
Did your agency already file your petition? Or are they still waiting for the completion of your papers? My lawyer from the agency said that it would be favorable to have the visa screen and the english exams upon filing although that is strictly a required at consular processing. However, I think things have changed already, because my lawyers started filing my papers after he recieved my english scores. And he said he is expecting an RFE from BCIS because I haven't submitted my visa screen yet. Hopefully by the time BCIS issues that RFE notice, I would have the visa screen ready.
