hi! i applied at a reputable recruitment agency in quezon city, and i got accepted. right now, because of the problem with new low H-1B cap, the employer that the agency has found for us (a rehab facility in nevada) is willing to petition EB3 (immigrant) visas for us...but i'm still hesitant because this is probably the first time that they're going to recruit therapists via the EB3 route, instead of the usual H-1B. i have questions that i would like to hear your comments about: 1.) how long does it take, on the average, for the EB3 visa to be granted? 2.) what are the chances that i will be denied or granted ;D a visa, given that i am qualified and i satisfied all requirements? 3.) should i take the offer if i'm going to be the one to pay for processing and visa fees, or even just half of the fees? coz some people say that employers can abadone the petition anytime they want. so the only thing that will convince me of their resolve to hire me is if they will pay for those fees. thanks.

the agency is golden horizon placement agency in novaliches, qc. they've been in this business for more than ten years now, and has a "good standing" according to the POEA website. you can email them at goldenhp@i-next.net. they've got openings for PTs (to be petitioned as immigrants!). good luck! baka may opening pa dyan? pa join naman??? may contact number ka ba nung agency??? how did you know of them? Thanks.
