im about to be interviewed at the US embassy, i now have a VisaScreen but dont have a PRC my question is will i be refused a visa based SOLELY on the absence of a local license? Requirement ba ang local license.. PLEASE anyone give me information. Thanks!

hi! i would like to ask how long it took from the time the employre filed the petition til the time you got interviewed at the embassy. i have an offer for EB3 visa petition, and i would like to know what im getting into. and, did you pay for the processing fees or did the employer shoulder them? thanks.
