HiI'm practicing medicine here in the philippines. My wife and I are migrating to the US and I'm planning to practice PT in the US. Is there anyone out there who is in the same situation as I am? Will FCCPT acknowledge the subjects I took in medicine proper? thanks!

Hi there do you want to work in the US as a PT or as a doctor? most likely they would not acknowledge your subjects in med but as PT yes they will. Our company is an agency and we help out PT's financially and assist them with the process also we provide them acclimation and acculturation. would you be interested? we would be glad to help you out. our website is www.passportusa.com also you may email me your contact details so that we can talk. My email address is vince.nuguid@healthcarousel.com

i know a pinay here. MD siya. BSN ang pre-med. she worked here as an RN then yata nag board to be an MD. check mo yung PT credentials mo. american PT's ay DPT's na (Dr. of PT) since 2010 yata. no more 4-5 yr BSPT dito na college course. straight DPT na. i know pinoy PT's are not DPT's . . . yet in the college course setting. but if healthcarousel says ok pa rin yung PT subjects mo, u should be good. good luck, God bless . . .
